The connection that I am trying to explain to you is that Silvia Byer and her husband put out this video during the Fall of 2023. She realized that I had accepted a job at KU and was working at KU as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during the fall of 2023 and she and her husband at that time took a special interest in mentioning their connections to KU. I felt intimidated by their continued behaviors and my undergraduate university, Park University, had to correct them again and again. I then left my new job at KU after just 3 months of work so as to rest and recover from the previous matters that I just described to you. ( I left my work at KU without fully telling them that I was still being caused harassment and intimidations from a former professor at my undergraduate university, Park University, which had deteriorated some of my happiness and health. I only privately informed the KU department chair in recent months so that he knew partly that I had to leave, due to exhaustion and stress). I am a proud Teacher myself and have worked in Education for many years now in several diverse roles. I know that you may not need to leave my comments up here very long, but please save a copy of them so that you know what is going on and that this complex situation has made me feel intimidated and hurt for many months. I care about the topic of breast cancer and I am sorry that Silvia Byer had to endure breast cancer. She was once my friend and is my former Professor who had sadly targeted me for having filed a complaint. We had all pulled together as a department to support her during her struggle with breast cancer. I was very shocked and dismayed when she later was upset at me for filing a complaint that had simply asked for clarity and understanding about whatever disagreement or miscommunication that she and I had many months after I had already graduate and had already worked at Park U.

Silvia Byer had once been a friend of mine and my Professor. She retaliated against me for having filed a complaint. I was a highly accomplished graduate; Spanish major, English minor, Summa Cum Laude, Modern Languages Department Award, Spanish Honor's Society Inductee, Published Writer in the English Department (English minor), Modern Languages Department Tutor, Spanish Capstone featured at Symposium. Silvia Byer, Jared Byer, and Jayme Uden all targeted me for the complaint form that I filed in August of 2021. I had filed the complaint to find clarity and understanding over what had happened. I then received retaliation and this was all after I had already graduated and had already worked there. Park University is covering this up. The situation has hurt my health, my reputation, and my family. Park University had to remove these videos from their website once they realized that the Byers were still targeting me at that time. I would appreciate the board of regents knowing that this is going on.

I am a proud Alum and former employee of Park University. Silvia Byer is my former friend and former Professor and former work colleague. More than a year after I had already graduated, Silvia and her spouse, Jared, began to target me directly when they learned that I had filed a complaint form at Park University to get some issues resolved that I wanted to discuss, as she was causing an issue that affected some of my access as an Alum AFTER I had already long graduated. The Human Resources department at Park University had to correct her and her husband numerous times. Silvia Byer, Jared Byer, and Jayme Uden have all targeted me directly for the past 3 years. I gave her the opportunity to seek resolutions with me, yet she, her spouse, and Mr. Uden, have all been caught abusing Park University resources to illegally target me as an Alum and former employee who had filed a complaint. The Police in my community verified their behaviors as harassment and intimidation of me and in May of 2023 the Police delivered orders of No Tresspass to all three of them from my personal home as preliminary legal action. They remain No Tresspassed to this day. Park University is covering the matter up. Silvia and Jared Byer have been using social media to also target me. So much so that the university had to remove a posting that they made on the main Park University social media page. I hope that someone can listen and report Park University, Silvia and Jared Byer, and Jayme Uden to the Board of Regents. My family and I are exhausted by this issue. Park University had to remove this video from their LinkedIn page once they much later realized that I was actually working at KU in the Fall of 2023 (when this video was made) as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Park University realized that I was being targeted by Silvia and Jared Byer with their social media stunts. Their harassments of me and targeting of me made me feel uncomfortable working at a university at that time, so I left that job.

Just a little FYI: A business can "buy" an A rating on the BBB website. I watched a segment years ago on 20/20...🙄🙄
